I can't tell you how to be.
But I most certainly can tell you about the times I got it wrong.
Hopefully in those conversations, you'll learn a little more about how not to be, and get a little closer from there.
In the age of experts and know-it-alls I spend my trust on people who don't know what they're doing but they're doing it with great enthusiasm and curiosity. The truth is we only know what we're doing until the system or the perimeters change.
Then it's up to us to swing blindly at a piñata full of new problems.
