“Myers is quick-witted and self-effacing but importantly he’s reliably, and relentlessly funny.” – JT Allen of DC Pages
Standup aficionado, film school graduate, Bible school dropout. Clifford Myers is an intensely personal and surreal performer who draws from years of immaturity and misplaced self-importance. Clifford’s approach to standup comedy is one-part Loony Tunes, one-part Ralph Kramden, one-part Baloo, and one-part beard.
Since his debut in August of 2009, Clifford has fast-tracked through the Canadian comedy circuit playing some of Canada’s most influential comedy clubs such as Absolute Comedy, Second City, Yuk Yuks, Comedy Bar, The Lot, The Rivoli, Club 54, House of Comedy, Spirits, as well as some of Ontario’s finest theaters such as Mirvish’s Panasonic Theater, The Queen Elizabeth Theater, The Burlington Performing Arts Center, The Studio at Hamilton Place, The Staircase Theater. Clifford has been welcomed back as a fan favorite 3 years in a row to the Brantford Comedy Festival.

2013 will mark Clifford’s debut in some of Canada’s most reputable festivals including NXNE, StreamFest, and The Cottage Comedy Festival.
Clifford has had the pleasure and opportunity to open for such dynamic acts like Craig Gass (Howard Stern Radio Show, Sex and the City), Rick Shapiro (Lucky Louie, 2 Broke Girls, The League), Alex Thomas (The Jaime Foxx Show, Just Married) and many others.
Clifford has been featured on XM Radio’s The Guest Spot and iChannel’s ‘No Kidding’. You made have also seen Clifford in the nationally televised curling commercial for the Curling Association of Canada that appeared on TSN and Roger’s Sportsnet. In 2012, Clifford made a guest cameo appearance as “Katy Perry” in the Rick & Chuck music video “Starstruck”. Amongst the dozen or so short films Clifford has appeared in, it was ‘The Adder’s Bite’ that won grand prize at the Fantasia Film Festival and was a fan favorite at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Beyond the stage and screen Clifford has worked behind the scenes for TV’s ‘Out There with Melissa DiMarco’ and Slice TV’s ‘Prince$$’.
He is happily married to a beautiful singer and together they raise their rascal pug.
